If Wisconsin students and parents are looking for one of the best values in the country in higher education, stay at home. Kiplinger’s Personal Finance has ranked UW-Madison 13th in its list of the 100 best values in public colleges, the second year in a row the state’s flagship university has been ranked in that spot. … The top ten include North Carolina, Virginia, Florida, William and Mary, Maryland, UCLA, New College of Florida, California, State University of New York at Geneseo and California-San Diego.
