New College Celebrates Cultural Heritage on April 5
New College of Florida will host the “2nd Annual New College Culture Fest and Art Show” on April 5 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm on the College Green, also known as Z Green, on the New College East Campus. This fun-filled day will celebrate diversity through food and art, as well as music and events on a central stage. Student groups and others in the New College community will share information and crafts related to a particular country and/or culture at booths placed around the green. Culture Fest is a New College student sponsored event and is free for the public.
The community is invited to set up a table to display, share and/or sell cultural items at the festival. Musicians, dancers and speakers are invited to share their culture through a stage event or other cultural programming. There is no fee for participation.
