New College Appoints General Counsel

New College of Florida (www.ncf.edu) has named Mark St. Louis as its general counsel, effective July 1. St. Louis, an attorney with experience in higher education, human resources and management, has previously worked as manager of the Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy at Stetson University and as coordinator of the human resources program at St. Petersburg College.
