New College adds master’s in data science

New College of Florida is no longer an undergraduate-only institution.
The school has earned accreditation to offer graduate degrees and is set to debut its first master’s program in data science this fall.
Patrick McDonald, a professor of math at New College, said not only will there be a data science master’s and undergraduate program, but the school is launching an effort to ensure all students are data literate by the time they graduate…..
