New College of Florida will inaugurate its new president, Dr. Donal O’Shea, with several events in February. The inauguration ceremony on Friday, February 15, is expected to draw Governor Rick Scott as well as other VIPs from across the state and around the country. Activities on Saturday, February 16, will feature an academic showcase and panel discussion on the international impact of the liberal arts with college presidents and New College alumni from around the globe, including New College alumnus and NY Fed President William Dudley. An elegant, black-tie Inaugural Ball on the New College bayfront will close out the festivities on Saturday evening.
