Get Out and Meander to See "Season of Sculpture VII"
A quick glance from inside the car as drivers speed along the Sarasota Bayfront does not fully capture the essence of the Season of Sculpture, the biennial outdoor art display that stretches from Marina Jack to to Selby Gardens. Bradenton sculptor Linda Howard’s brushed aluminum work, “Gateway,” will form the literal gateway to the exhibit, poised halfway between the driveways to Marina Jack and O’Leary’s. […] They also represent geographic diversity, with two (Linda Howard and [New College Professor] Richard Herzog) from the Sarasota-Bradenton area and one from Korea, with other U.S.-based artists hailing originally from Japan, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Israel.
