Deja Rowe comes to New College as a highly motivated and dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in education, administration, and leadership. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education Sciences from the University of Florida, majoring in technology and minoring in digital arts.

She has developed a diverse skill set across higher education, and curriculum development while fostering student and faculty support. Currently serving as the Academic Operations & Special Projects Manager at New College of Florida, Deja Rowe has spearheaded initiatives to streamline processes, implement data-driven decisions, and improve academic communications.

Passionate about educational development, Deja Rowe is deeply invested in leveraging technology to improve academic environments and create sustainable growth opportunities for both students and faculty.
