New College of Florida is at the forefront of the movement to reform higher education in America. A liberal arts education was always meant to elevate the individual student and society at large. Its foremost goal was the development of critical thinking skills, opening students to the broadest possible range of perspectives and encouraging them to ask piercing questions. Somewhere along the line, America’s most prestigious institutions lost their way. Today’s higher education reform movement provides the corrective.
At New College of Florida, our greatest passion is bringing a classical liberal arts education into the information age. We want to become the finest liberal arts college in America. We are looking for the student leaders who can help us succeed.
Membership in the President’s Inner Circle comes with a full, four-year academic scholarship
guaranteed to cover tuition, fees, room and board.*
Inner Circle students will enjoy exclusive, informative dinners with President Richard Corcoran and other college leaders, as well as invitations to participate in Inner Circle and other related programs. All Florida students looking to join our Fall 2025 Freshman class at New College can qualify. Students with exceptional test scores and grade point averages (GPAs) are eligible for the President’s Inner Circle Scholarship. The Office of Admissions will contact students who qualify.
