Alumni Association Awards Scholarships

The St. Augustine/Ketterlinus High School Alumni Association presented three $1,000 scholarships May 28 to graduating seniors at the St. Augustine High School Awards Ceremony. … Matthew William Cope, a magna cum laude and AICE graduate/Cambridge Award Scholar, received the Dr. Ione L. Perry Scholarship. At SAHS, he assisted in marketing the AICE program to middle school students and volunteered in the guidance office. He was a member of Beta Club, Africlub, Young Democrats Club and a drummer in three bands. Cope plans on pursuing a degree in philosophy at New College of Florida.
