[Exec Moves] New College Names General Counsel

New College of Florida has named Mark St. Louis, an attorney with experience in higher education, human resources and management, as its general counsel. St. Louis comes to New College from Stetson University College of Law, where he was manager of the university’s Center for Excellence in Higher Education Law and Policy.
